By using the website or creating a beta account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the account features.

2. Current service status

DistractionKiller currently provides a public capability record, beta registration, and limited account features. It does not currently provide a certified system-level app blocker, guaranteed productivity outcomes, or published iOS and Android apps.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Beta functionality may change or be withdrawn while capability and safety testing continues.

4. Payments

No paid plan or active checkout is currently offered. No subscription, renewal, refund, or premium entitlement begins from the current pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, submit unlawful content, or use the website to misrepresent unverified device-blocking results.

6. Availability and warranties

The beta surface is provided as available for evaluation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, device-level blocking, a specific productivity result, or compatibility with a particular platform until the corresponding capability record says it is verified.

7. Responsibility

Use your own judgment before relying on focus or block-list records. DistractionKiller must not be used as an emergency, parental-control, workplace-compliance, or safety-critical enforcement system in its current state.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the beta changes. A material update will receive a new date on this page before it applies.
